Yoga tutorials

I’ve been creating these tiny instagram tutorials lately, and I am posting them here, for other people to find them. If I add more, I will create another blog.

And then once you master the forearmstand, you can start working on your hollowback – which is my favorite way of backbending, because it feels just right.

The fourth one is more like a flow for warming up the spine before doing more deep backbends. Along with another one showing how to finish after backbending practice.
